Sublime Mica is a specialized sheet muscovite mica mining and processing company based in Gudur, Andhra Pradesh, BHARAT(India).
Sublime has an experience of more than 80 years in mining, processing and exporting mica products worldwide.
The Gudur mica belt is home to proven reserves of quality sheet muscovite mica.
Our processing facility is certified ISO 9001:2015 and SA8000:2014.
Sublime manufactures a wide range of quality mica products - mica blocks, mica chips, mica flakes, dry ground and wet ground mica.
Products are supplied to customers in Australia, Bangladesh, Brazil, China, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Japan, the Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Sri Lanka, UAE, USA, UK and Vietnam.
Mica is sourced from licensed mines in the States of Andhra Pradesh and Rajasthan.

History
1938: D S Reddy & Co., established
D S Reddy & Co., established in 1938 by Sri Dodla Sundararajarami Reddy and Smt Dodla Pushpavenamma of Buchi Samsthanam in Gudur, Nellore District, Madras State, British India with the aim to process and export Gudur origin muscovite mica.
1945 to 1965: Mica splittings to Japan
D S Reddy & Co., successfully grows into one of the leading exporters of mica blocks and mica splittings. Major customers include Okabe Mica and Matsushita Electric(Panasonic) in Japan.
1968: Associated Mica Exports, Bhaskara Reddy
D. S. Reddy & Co., is reconstituted and name changed to Associated Mica Exports. Sri Dodla Bhaskara Reddy, the eldest son of the founders is appointed as the Managing Partner.
1979: Wet ground mica plant
The wet ground mica plant is set up by Associated Mica Exports with machinery and technology from L H Torkildsen AS Bergen, Norway.
1998: Sublime Mica Exports, Sri S. Natarajan
Takeover of Associated Mica Exports by Cherukuru Suresh Kumar Reddy and Cherukuru Leenaja Reddy and the company is named as Sublime Mica Exports. Technocrat and industry veteran - Sri S. Natarajan of Micamix appointed as technical consultant.
2005: OEM for Yamaguchi Mica Co.,
Started manufacturing OEM wet ground mica products with technology from Yamaguchi Mica Co.,
2009: Mica flakes and Dry ground mica plant:
Sublime establishes a mica flakes and dry ground mica plant. Quality management system ISO 9001:2008 is implemented.
2018: Management - Next generation
Mr. Pranaya Reddy is appointed as the Managing Partner of Sublime.
2020: Change in ownership, SA 8000
Ownership transferred to Pranaya Reddy and Nithya Reddy. Social accountability standard- SA 8000:2014 certification achieved.
2022 : Mica chips processing
Sublime starts processing mica chips. Shipments to major importers in Japan and China.
